(senior management included) to be aware of any situations and/or
circumstances, as soon as the system is notified.
Our system not only ensures adequate communication
between our clients and ourselves but also monitors the required
steps for immediate action from our staff.
In many instances a tenant would communicate
to the building representative, various requests and concerns.
The building representative will in turn contact the custodial
company and describe the request and/or issue. If this problem
is not immediately solved this redundant and time consuming process
is repeated all over.
Our system by-passes these inefficiencies since the key personnel
(including senior management) involved is promptly made aware
of any issues, thus being able to adequately respond.
